Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Coordinator to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ and provide end-user support. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Coordinator to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ and provide end-user support. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive orders for IT equipment in the system
- Pull orders from the OTP system, print orders, create FedEx labels and provide those to the technician
- Prioritize orders accurately
- Answer questions on submitted orders
- Interact with the imaging technicians on what they need to process for orders
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel
- General knowledge of computer models and general technical acumen
- Ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize tasks according to importance
- Excellent communication skills
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
