School Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: St. Louis, MO 63110
Job Type: Contract / Part-Time
Duration: ASAP – June 30, 2027
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Required Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active and unencumbered Missouri PT license
Pediatric or school-based PT experience preferred
IEP experience strongly preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to complete required background checks and fingerprinting
Experience working with students with visual impairments preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services based on student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments of motor skills and functional mobility
Monitor student progress and maintain clinical documentation
Collaborate with teachers, OTs, SLPs, and school staff
Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings
Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and mobility modifications
Support students in improving mobility, accessibility, and functional independence
