Project Manager

Compri Consulting is hiring a Project Manager II for a 6-month contract with a possible extension.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
