Client with locations in Baltimore, MD is seeking a VIP Desktop Support Technician for a contract to hire position. This person will provide IT support in a Microsoft environment. They will support various users, including C-level. White glove service, excellent communication, follow-through, and technical prowess are critical.


Required:

-Senior level desktop / service desk skills - troubleshooting issues regarding laptops, desktops, connectivity, and peripherals.

-VIP / white glove support.

-Certifications (Microsoft / A ).


Desired:

-ITIL certification.

-PowerShell scripting.

Salary : $32 - $35
