- 5 Architect or senior technical role
- Deep expertise across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
- Strong command of Salesforce data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics
- Proven experience with: Salesforce automations and complex journeys SQL, AMPscript, SSJS Data Extensions and relational data design
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions that actually work in production — not just on paper
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong execution judgment and bias toward action
