Client with locations in Baltimore and Long Island is seeking a Core Infrastructure Data Center Engineer for a contract to hire position. This person will scope network, storage, and computer needs, then coordinate with internal teams and vendors to build and deploy the systems according to specifications. This person will assess current state and help to create standards and processes for future deployments.
Required:
-Demonstrated experience scoping and managing the deployment of network, storage, and computer needs.
-General infrastructure background including servers, networks, power supplies.
-Project coordination / management.
-Vendor management.
