Position Summary
CMC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Part-Time Optometrist to serve facilities in the Williamstown/Vineland region and nearby communities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine eye exams, refractions, and vision screenings
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases common in geriatric populations
- Prescribe corrective lenses and coordinate with optical labs
- Provide education to patients and facility staff on eye health and preventive care
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active New Jersey optometry license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (geriatric or mobile care experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- 2–3 visits per month
- Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
- No weekends or holidays
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
