2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotive
experience a plus.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
- Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.
- Develop/Implement process initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotive
experience a plus.
- 1 years’ experience leading/directing hourly personnel.
- Ability to train others on section processes and procedures.
- Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
- Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
- Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
