What You'll Be Doing:
Collect and update patient insurance information.
- Verify insurance benefits and calculate out patient portions.
- Enter billing, payments, and treatment details into Dentrix.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Help patients set up payment plans or third-party financing.
- Check out patients and make sure financial details are wrapped up smoothly.
- Follow up on insurance claims to make sure everything is moving along.
- Support our patients and be a smiling, helpful face they can trust!
- Keep everything confidential and professional.
- Be an awesome team player who builds great relationships with patients and coworkers.
Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude!
- Experience with treatment coordinating and dental insurance a is a must.
Super organized with great attention to detail. - Comfortable using Dentrix (or willing to learn quickly!).
