Responsibilities
- Obtain insurance, verify insurance, determine benefits
- Input patient information into Dentrix
- Check patients out after treatment.
- Answer phones, assist patients with scheduling or other issues
- Assisting other team members with insurance information
- Strong customer service skills that demonstrate positivity
- Previous experience with verifying dental insurance and benefits
- Strong organization skills that demonstrate working in an organized manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a dental office at the front desk. (Minimum two years.)
