Located near The Highlands in Louisville, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our client’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger maintenance. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and assist with month-end closing processes for multiple clients.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalency
· A minimum two years of experience in the bookkeeping field
· Proficiency in Quickbooks Online a must
· Payroll experience a plus
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· This is a full-time, in-office position with the possibility of a hybrid schedule at the end of the next tax season.
· Hours are 8-5, Monday thru Friday, with OT available during peak tax season (December thru April)
