We are seeking for a motivated individual who sill be able to support the rapid growth of our manufacturing capabilities to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day shipping of all products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct shipment of domestic and international orders.
- Effectively communicating with all departments.
- Manage and update daily shipping lists.
- Create necessary paperwork that is needed to ship according to each customer order (i.e. Bill of Lading, UPS/Fedex label, customer documents.
- Coordinate carriers based on customer order requirements.
- With department manager, help address and resolve shipment issues.
- Train and function as a back-up to the Shipping Logistics Team Member.
- Flow to shipping when instructed to prepare final packaging on a needed basis.
- Monitoring and reporting carrier performance.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for phone etiquette, internal communication, dispatching coordination, and customer interactions.
Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
