Job Summary:
We are an FAA/EASA Part 145 aviation repair station seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting activities, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial records. This role supports month-end close, reporting, and coordination with operations (Work Orders, inventory, and repairs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Record daily transactions and maintain general ledger
- Support month-end close (journal entries, accruals)
- Assist with inventory and Work Order (WO) tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English & Spanish (mandatory)
- Valid U.S. work authorization (mandatory)
Preferred:
- Experience in aviation, MRO, or logistics
