The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with TempGenius systems. This role combines customer service, technical support, and administrative coordination. You’ll handle inbound calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure that each customer receives clear communication and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product support, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Provide first-level technical assistance for software, sensors, and network-related inquiries.
- Document customer interactions, support tickets, and resolutions using internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate with calibration, installation, and engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and customer data using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all customer interactions.
- Assist with other administrative and technical support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware/software troubleshooting.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Desk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience in IoT, temperature monitoring, or compliance-based industries.
