Compli is full services Commissioning, Qualification, Regulatory Compliance and On Demand services firm.Summary:Compli is seeking a Construction Project Manager with project experience in most or multiple aspects of the Life Sciences construction industry including but not limited to . This individual will be responsible for all financial reporting on a project as well as tracking and projecting of all labor, material, job expenses, and changes. The successful candidate will also oversee monthly financial projections, creation of job specific schedule of values which maintains positive cash flow, and will create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the entire project. This position requires the successful candidate to possess strong organizational, negotiation, financial, and communication skills.What You'll Do:Effectively supervises a staff in the day to day administration of a projectResponsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of all labor, material, job expenses, and changes for each project assignedManage Superintendent/CAD construction drawings to insure appropriate installationCreate and maintain a complete project budget using Superintendent construction drawingsMonthly financial projections for each project assignedCreate a project specific schedule of values that will maintain positive cash flowMonthly progress billing for each project assignedCreate, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the entire projectMaintain all submittal, drawing, correspondence, and change logsSubmit, review for added cost, file, and log all RFI?sPrice, budget, track, sell, and collect all proposed changesPurchase all materials per Compli SOPPrepare, organize, and manage material buyoutsSchedule and track all material releases. Coordinate with a Superintendent as neededTrack major deliveries to jobsitesActively assist project Superintendent and project team with all miscellaneous issues as necessary. (Material, information, special items, constructability, etc.)Set up all cost codes and production tracking with SuperintendentAssist Superintendent in production tracking and analysisWeekly jobsite visits and attend all jobsite meetings as requiredPrepare all outgoing correspondence as neededProject schedule analysis. Issue notices and alerts as requiredEffectively partner with jobsite SuperintendentOrganize and submit job closeout documentation.
