What You'll Do: Job Description
As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—ensuring every visit is seamless, uplifting, and memorable.
- Coordinate spa schedules and manage guest flow with ease and professionalism
- Provide exceptional service while educating guests on treatments, retail products, and membership options
- Support front desk operations including phone handling, check-ins/outs, and appointment booking
- Help meet team sales goals by recommending retail and gift card purchases
- Ensure every guest's experience is five-star—from what they see and hear to what they smell and feel
- Collaborate with department leads to support daily operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high attention to detail and uphold all company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A genuine desire to help others and be a part of something meaningful
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Required experience: Retail sales experience a must with a minimum of one 1 year / Computer Skills
