More specifically, our qualified Spa Coordinator:
Coordinates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
Handles incoming calls and answers guests questions
Is well educated about the spa/salon services
Makes recommendations for services to enhance the guest expereince
Strives for sales numbers by providing gift card, enhancements and retail recommendations
Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
Supports the Spa Director
Is organized and pays attention to detail, always making sure the Spa environment is tidy and comfortable for the day.
