Medical Front Desk Specialist
Pay Range $18.00-$22.00
Health Benefits (Medical, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan)
Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
As a Medical Front Desk Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to represent the practice by being positive and greeting patients with a smile for their OB/GYN appointments, while processing insurance eligibility, collecting co-pays and scheduling future appointments.
- Providing a Positive Patient Experience
- Checking patients in and out for their scheduled appointments
- Scheduling future appointments
- Verifying insurance, updating and maintaining accurate demographic information
A minimum of 1-2 years of professional Medical Front Desk experience is preferred. Travel to two
practice locations is required. EMR experience (preferably Greenway/PrimeSuite and Phreesia).
