Pay: $40-43/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting essential accounting operations.

This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in core accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reports.
• Oversee the general ledger, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting and compliance.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any variances.
• Handle bank reconciliations, monitoring transactions and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze financial data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process.
