Responsibilities
- Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic trouble shooting and repair of packaging and production machine.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Complete all preventive maintenance reports and log entries on condition of machines.
- Ensure that all production and packaging equipment produce product within established Q.A. standards and conduct all assigned quality monitoring functions
- A mechanical background to mold from – they don’t need the most experience but familiarity with auto motive , industry, or aviation mechanics is preferred.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
