This position provides strategic, operational, and compliance leadership to ensure students receive high-quality academic, behavioral, and health-related support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee student services, including special education, related services, Section 504 accommodations, nursing/health services, ELL, homeless services, tutoring, and transition supportEnsure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulationsDevelop, implement, and evaluate student services programsManage departmental budgets and oversee grant writing and administrationRecruit, supervise, and evaluate student services staff and service providersCoordinate services with external providers and community agenciesSupport crisis response planning and complex student situationsPartner with leadership to align student services with organizational goalsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Special Education Administration, or related fieldCertification or eligibility for certification as a Special Education Administrator (or equivalent)5 years of experience in special education or student services2 years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of special education law, ADA, and Section 504Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills#zip
