About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a Welcome Center team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers and agents, providing high-quality support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and agents
- Provide Tier 1 support including account questions, portal navigation, and general policy information
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Assist with outbound customer communications
- Maintain knowledge of systems, tools, and services
- Support team initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (call center or insurance preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using multiple systems/CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
