Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer orders and related information.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
- Support order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up with internal departments.
- Assist with general office duties including filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn and use our ERP system (Styeline) to manage orders and inventory.
- Successfully work independently while also bringing a positive, team-focused attitude to support multiple departments as needed.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Styeline experience a plus but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
