- Enter customer orders
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good phone etiquette, multi-line phone
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
