Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23–$25/hour
We are partnering with a national property management company seeking a Temporary Co-Assistant Community Manager to support a 130-unit apartment community during audit season. This role will assist with leasing, resident services, compliance, and file preparation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housing, property management, leasing, or compliance and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and emails while providing excellent resident and applicant support.
- Greet prospective residents and assist with application processes.
- Prepare application packets, lease documents, and assist with screenings.
- Support annual and interim resident recertifications.
- Review files for accuracy and assist with audit preparation.
- Conduct internal file audits and track compliance deadlines.
- Assist with inspections, waitlist management, and occupancy requirements.
- Support marketing efforts while following Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Prior experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing, or compliance required.
- Experience with recertifications, tenant files, HUD, LIHTC, or Section 8 preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
