Requirements:
- Housekeeping, porter, groundskeeping, janitorial, or related experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive spaces.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the property’s grounds, hallways, common areas, and exterior spaces.
- Handle trash removal and help keep the community clean and presentable.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and assist with make-ready tasks.
- Paint common areas as directed by the supervisor.
- Drive company shuttles and transport residents as needed.
- Work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician to support daily property operations.
