Hiring for a Chiropractic Assistant in Clearwater, FL.
Minimum 1 year of recent patient-facing experience with clinical duties.
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8AM-7PM), Wednesday (2PM-7PM) and Friday (8AM-12PM)
Trainnig will be in another office in Tampa, FL
- Work directly alongside the Chiropractor providing clinical support.
- Assist with physiotherapy and patient treatments.
- Assist with patient exams and re-examinations.
- Complete patient intake and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Enter patient information and notes into eClinicalWorks.
- Communicate patient progress to providers.
- Educate and engage patients throughout treatment.
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling when needed.
- Educate patients on DME products and distribute equipment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Maintain organized storage areas.
- Assist with patient flow and front-desk duties as needed.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Team-oriented and comfortable floating between departments.
- Strong commitment to patient care.
- 1 year of patient-facing clinical experience required.
- Chiropractic, physical therapy, physiotherapy, or similar treatment-setting experience strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of patient-facing experience with clinical duties.
- Chiropractic or physical therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Medical terminology preferred.
- EMR experience preferred; eClinicalWorks is a plus.
