Central Station Operator
Location: West Yarmouth, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Flex shifts available: 12 am–8 pm, 8 am–4 pm, 4 pm–11:59 pm

Position Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper channels
• Respond to alarm events, contacting subscribers and emergency services as necessary
• Troubleshoot issues over the phone and provide guidance to callers
• Perform basic data entry accurately
• Maintain organization and multitask in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Work as part of a team of operators in an office setting
• Cover additional shifts as needed with advance notice

Position Requirements:

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; able to speak clearly and audibly for entire shifts
• Comfortable working in-office and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work all scheduled shifts
• Computer literate (Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office a plus)
• Reliable transportation to and from the office-Flexible and willing to cover additional shifts

Pay Rate:

• $20-22/hour depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
