Our client is looking for a part time Bookkeeper, 20-30 hours per week, hybrid.BookkeeperThe ideal candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper who is self-motivated, outgoing and enjoys communicating with the firm's clients, providing QuickBooks assistance when needed, reviewing interim and year-end closing of books that will be used to prepare tax returnsResponsibilities:Provide bookkeeping and QuickBooks assistance to firm clients Support client bookkeepers using your strong understanding of accounting and QuickBooks Review business client books during the year and after year-end Enter adjustments and reclassifications in QuickBooks, when needed Maintain relationships through client support Required Skills:3 years experience in all areas of bookkeeping High level of experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online Version Understanding of sales tax and payroll tax filings Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills and a problem solver Bonus Skills:Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Experience in closing books to prepare entity tax returns Preparation of individual or entity tax returns#zip
