PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and parts according to established instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, equipment, or machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform basic quality checks and tests to ensure products meet established standards.
- Set and adjust equipment or timers according to specifications.
- Follow established procedures and maintain accurate work practices.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and safely climb steps or ladders as needed.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic measurements.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings, diagrams, or instructions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to retain and apply information.
- Energetic, dependable, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to read and write English.
