This role involves setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-quality, custom, one-of-a-kind parts and components. • Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications.• Ability to complete some programming of the machine to make edits and offsets.• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.• Experience programming in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam for CNC programming.Education & Experience• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Minimum 3 years of experience machining custom, one-of-a-kind parts in a CNC environment (low-volume, high-complexity parts).• Proficient in G-code programming and CNC machine operation.Company DescriptionComplete Staff...complete staffing solutions.
