We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team, working on commercial and industrial projects.
Role Description
The Workforce Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing workforce development strategies to help us strengthen our workforce.
This role does include travel to local job sites to assess skills of field employees.
Qualifications
- Skilled in delivering programs for a variety of employees
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in industrial contracting, manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable
