Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Site)

Position Summary
Complete Line Glass is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by accurately entering and maintaining customer and order information while serving as a communication link between customers, sales, production, and logistics teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders, quotes, and production information into company databases and ERP systems.
- Review, verify, and update existing records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Process customer orders received by email according to established cut-off times.
- Maintain current order status information and communicate updates to internal team.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Document customer interactions, requests, and transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and fabrication capabilities.
- Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist coworkers and other departments as needed to support daily operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain regular, reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using databases or ERP software preferred.
- Ability to accurately type 50–80 words per minute.
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the workday.
Preferred Experience
- Previous data entry experience.
- Customer service or administrative support experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or the glass and glazing industry is a plus.
- Experience processing quotes, orders, and customer documentation preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to perform repetitive keyboarding tasks throughout the workday.
