We’re looking for a Service Manager to join our Memphis team and lead our service department to the next level.

You’ll own the service department’s success by:

• Leading and developing Field Service Supervisors, technicians, and installers
• Driving sales performance, workmanship quality, and adherence to processes through coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
• Overseeing daily operations, dispatch coordination, scheduling, and customer issue resolution
• Recruiting, hiring, and growing technicians through every career level
• Tracking key metrics, reviewing callback trends, and communicating results weekly with ownership
• Ensuring compliance, vehicle readiness, and a clean, safe work environment
• Acting as a visible ambassador for our values and highest standards of professionalism

This is a hands-on leadership role with limited ownership responsibilities and special projects as needed. Travel is minimal, but you’ll need a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of management experience
• 2 years of industry experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related home services preferred)
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable with numbers
• Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work occasional irregular hours when projects demand it
  

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 15 lbs. Occasional stooping or climbing. Must be able to operate personal and company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policy and the law.
