Complete Home Group is seeking an energetic, highly skilled Lead Carpenter Foreman to join our team to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for commercial and residential projects. This is a role for someone who can manage crews, interpret technical drawings, and deliver projects safely and on time.
Duties:
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams for efficient crew productivity
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents
- Manage subcontractor coordination, procurement, and construction budgets
- Supervise daily site operations
- Communicate with project managers, clients, vendors, and team members
Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial and residential construction with on-site team management
- Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safety program implementation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Multi-lingual a bonus
Requirements:
- Own transportation
- Own tools
- Valid license
Pay: $32–$42/hr. based on experience
