Complete Finish Company is a growing residential finish-focused construction business specializing in painting, drywall, trim, and door installation. We are looking for a reliable, motivated trades person who takes pride in clean, high-quality work — and who wants more than just a paycheck.
This role has serious long-term upside for the right person. We are open to hiring either:

Hi I'm Wyatt Brunow I have been doing finish work for about 3 years now at someone else's business now I am seeking to start my own venture. This memo here is just to tell you that I am very open minded to the idea of a part-owner situation for you. This is wouldn't be simply handed to you right after I shake your hand but given that you're trustworthy and have admirable traits I would find it hard to not do this. Also I have been spending a significant amount of my modest wages at The Home Depot to buy the toolls necessary to operate this business. My investment as well as my dedication to making this business flourish are some of the reasons why I cannot make someone I don't know a part-owner. Anyway I'd like you to know that I'm one of the good guys I treat people with the utmost respect and am not easily angered, very patient, mannered, I don't drink or do drugs. just a decent guy so if you're reading this and think you're dealing with some spook you've got it all twisted around. Core Skills We’re Looking For
You should have experience in some or all of the following:
- Interior painting
- Drywall (taping, mudding, sanding)
- Trim installation (base, casing, crown is a plus)
- Interior & Exterior door installation (prehung doors, hardware)
You do NOT need to be perfect at all of these.
If you’re strong in some areas and willing to learn the rest, we will train you.
Bonus (Not Required, But a Huge Plus)
If you have any additional skills, we definitely want to hear from you:
- Flooring
- Cabinets
- Light carpentry
- Remodeling experience
- Jobsite leadership
- Estimating or customer communication
- Tools, truck, or trailer

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
