Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Office Coordinator at our Madison, WI location. The Office Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, oversee office equipment, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth operational flow. The role includes maintaining effective communication with both staff and patients, resolving inquiries, and upholding an inviting and organized office environment.
