Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product and Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role encompasses the management of our niche deodorant product line, alongside supporting our custom fabrication business.. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to manage daily operations while also overseeing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Bottling and Shipping: Efficiently bottle and prepare eco-friendly products for sale on Klimadeodorant.com, ensuring daily shipping requirements are met.
- Account Management: Oversee the Amazon account, including listing management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the Klima website, ensuring optimal user experience and accuracy.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content for social media channels to promote Klima products and engage our audience.
- Custom Fabrication Support: Assist with ordering materials, organizing production schedules, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Office Duties: Provide general administrative support, including organization and communication tasks related to the custom fabrication business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
