Responsibilities:
As a Medical Receptionist at MedPSA, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar efficiently.
Collecting patient information and updating electronic health records accurately.
Answering inquiries over the phone and in person, providing necessary information.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic office software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
