EXCELLENT WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursdays, 630am - 3pm; Fridays, 630am - 11am (Occasional Overtime may be required)

Overview
We are hiring Production Support specialists to work in various production roles within our manufacturing environment. Applicants must be eager, ready to work, conscientious and dependable.

Candidates with recent work histories are preferred. Any gaps in employment should be commented on.

Duties

• Lifting by hand and feeding materials into machines accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions using tools like calipers for precise material handling.
• Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Ability to work on an assembly line and adapt to various production tasks as required.
• Ability to stand 7-8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - on occasion.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions effectively.
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate different machinery within the factory environment.
• Our facilities use heat and ac however, due to some extreme temps, must have Ability to work in all weather environments...spring, summer, fall, winter.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards and promoting a positive workplace culture.
