Complete Dental Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and warm Scheduling and Treatment Assistant who is a self-starter, systematic, well organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has outstanding customer service levels to join our Patient Relations team. This position will support operations for 2 practice locations (Newnan & Fayetteville). ***NO PHONE CALLS/EMAILS PLEASE*** Salary to commensurate with experience.
This individual plays a key role in delivering operational excellence by optimizing the daily schedule, coordinating treatment plans, and enhancing the overall patient experience through the use of advanced digital tools and outstanding communication. The ideal candidate is self-starter who brings a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and initiative to support a culture of excellence in patient care and office efficiency.
Prior scheduling, accounting, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus.
Digital Scheduling & Communication:

Use dental scheduling software to manage, confirm, and optimize provider schedules

Coordinate appointments via digital communication platforms (text, email, patient portals)

Utilize online tools to fill schedule gaps, reduce no-shows, and increase production

Maintain appointment reminders, recalls, and follow-ups using automated systems
Treatment Planning & Presentation:

Digitally prepare and present treatment plans to patients, including visual aids or intraoral scans

Explain clinical procedures, treatment sequences, and financial options with clarity

Use software to estimate insurance coverage, copays, and out-of-pocket expenses

Track unscheduled treatments and automate follow-up using CRM or patient engagement tools
Administrative & Digital Workflow Support:

Enter and update patient records, charts, and notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Verify insurance benefits online and submit digital pre-authorizations when needed

Utilize digital forms and e-signature tools for treatment consent and intake paperwork

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards in all digital interactions
Other duties as assigned: To support practice operations.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Prior Medical or Dental Experience
- Well-organized and analytical with high attention to detail
- Leadership
- Proficient math foundation & skillset
- Ability to multi-task and support admin team members
- Efficient time-management and prioritization skills
- Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
