Scheduling Institute is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our Atlanta sales team.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role working directly with doctors and private-practice owners. You'll manage both company-generated inbound opportunities and your own outbound pipeline, owning the process from first conversation through close.
Prospect → Discovery → Recommend → Close
What You'll Do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into new members
- Build additional pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up
- Conduct consultative sales calls with doctors and practice owners
- Identify business challenges and recommend the right solution
- Present value and ROI, handle objections, and close business
- Re-engage past prospects and opportunities
- Manage your CRM, pipeline, calendar, and follow-up
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals
What Success Looks Like
- 10–20 new members per month
- 5 self-generated new members per month
- 25% close rate
- Strong pipeline management, follow-up, and CRM accuracy

Work Structure
This is a full-time position based in our Atlanta office, with 4 days in office and 1 work-from-home day per week.
