Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to oversee high-impact commercial projects? Complete Conversions is actively seeking qualified and driven Site Foreman to manage job sites for commercial, multi-family, and tenant fit-out projects across the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia areas.

What You'll Do:
As a Foreman, you will be the point person on the ground responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations and on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications
- Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections in line with project timelines
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation
- Communicate clearly with Project managers, Subcontractors, Vendors, Inspectors, and Clients
- Interpret and implement blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site walkthroughs and punch lists; ensure a high-quality finished product
- Troubleshoot field issues and maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Foreman in commercial and/or multi-family construction
- Skilled in tenant fit-outs, fire damage restoration, or multi-family housing construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading, site scheduling, and documentation
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures
- Proficient in basic digital tools (email, scheduling apps, etc.)
- Valid driver's license required
