Experience in residential construction or fire/water restoration is preferred—but we are willing to train the right candidate with the mindset and growth potential to succeed.What You’ll Do:Plan, schedule, and execute construction and restoration projects while adapting to changing job requirementsManage project budgets to meet financial and production targetsRecruit, supervise, and manage subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring accountability and quality workmanshipServe as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, city and county officials, estimators, vendors, and office staffUphold our brand promise, core values, and quality standards on every projectEnsure all project documentation is accurate, complete, on time, and properly storedParticipate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, as part of our new-loss response teamWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum high school diploma or GED required3–5 years of construction or restoration project management experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications a plusKnowledge of the insurance industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and construction-related softwareStrong leadership, planning, and organizational skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to perform in a high-paced, performance-driven environmentSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learningStrong business ethics, integrity, and accountabilityRequirements:Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningIndustry certifications (IICRC, Lead, etc.) preferred but not requiredCompensation & Growth:Compensation is performance-based, tied directly to production and successful project completion.
