Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment

- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools and materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Operate simple machinery or power tools under supervision (if trained)
- Assist with the installation of structures, framing, or other building components as directed
