We are seeking a dedicated Cabinet Shop Laborer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assist in cutting, shaping, and assembling cabinet components according to project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the installation of cabinets, fixtures, and hardware on-site or in the shop.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for moving materials or finished products.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or finishing work as needed.
Skills
- Basic carpentry skills including trim carpentry, framing, and cabinetry installation.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, remodeling, or restoration industry experience is a plus.
