You'll be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues, completing repairs, and providing dependable service to homeowners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system performance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
- Identify equipment problems and explain repair options to homeowners
- Make recommendations based on the actual condition of the system
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Document service findings, repairs, and equipment information accurately
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and HVAC best practices
- Assist newer technicians with troubleshooting and technical questions when needed
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- EPA certification; Universal preferred
- Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or comparable HVAC equipment is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality work
