Pay Range: $21/hr to $25/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Installer, you will:
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial properties.
- Work alongside a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, timelines, and system operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
- Expertise in installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC safety protocols and building codes.
- EPA certification (Universal preferred).
- Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
