Pay Range: Base salary plus commission, with expected earnings over $120,000 per year, and top performers able to earn $140,000 per year.
Hours: Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend appointments as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.
- Provide detailed proposals and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up with potential customers to address any questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or a related sales role.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC or sales training is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking.
