What We Are Looking For

• Professional Cleaning Experience: A background in professional cleaning is required. We also offer all necessary training and continuing education to maintain our high standards for organic cleaning services.
• Reliability & Motivation: We are seeking self-starters who take initiative and are committed to delivering excellent service.
• Must-Have Requirements:
  • A reliable vehicle to commute from one client’s home to another
  • A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light office cleaning services with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Follow established cleaning procedures and maintain high standards of quality
• Travel to various homes and offices in the local area
• Represent The Organic Maids professionally and positively

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM
• No weekends, evenings, or holidays!
